Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at 1:01PM Tuesday January 10th 7PM: Food as Fuel –Signup sheet is on the gym floor. We only get to see you for an hour during the WOD. Here is your chance to get more information to help you the other 23 hours. You are what you eat so come find out how to improve your health even more.
